And just as importantly, what DID work and how can\u00a0you capitalize on the success?<\/strong><\/p>\n – If someone were to buy your business, what would their concerns be? Do you share those same\u00a0concerns? How do you fix it?<\/p>\n – When something goes wrong with your business, do you take responsibility or do you make\u00a0excuses and place blame elsewhere?<\/p>\n – Are there any decisions you\u2019ve put off making that you can move forward in the first quarter of\u00a0this year?<\/p>\n – If you want to improve your business, you have to improve yourself. When was the last time you\u00a0invested in professional development for you or your staff?<\/p>\n Depending on how you answered each of those questions, you should have a great starting point for\u00a0making improvements for 2014.
